"A hotel that takes the extra step."

I love to travel and this is now one of my favorite hotels. It's in the details. The friendly and attentive staff. Jose is on top of the list. If you asked for one of something, they gave you two. Artful design with a background of history and music. Private car service to and from the airport and great breakfast choices. Loved it.

"A great experience in Amherst NY (just outside of Buffalo)"

This is a unique hotel (part of the Marriott group - Tribute Portolio) which is a terrific property. Located next to easy access to get anywhere, and with a restaurant, Jazzboline, connect to the property. The rooms were a nice size, and very attractive. And the restaurant had a great menu and service. Highly recommended.

Reikart House was great, but there’s really not much in Buffalo. Niagara Falls is pretty cool for about 2 or 3 hours.

Customer service top notch Property is beautiful inside and out Room can’t me more welcoming, with every single small touch to make your stay feel like you are on a presidential suite. Fresh cookies and water complimentary (delicious cookies bakes fresh everyday) The rooms are immaculate which is the most important for us. Marble throughout, beautiful rooms, floors, foyer, front desk, decor, everything is perfect

"Luxury in buffalo"

Always a lovely place. Greeted with a very good cookie. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Hotel is right off 90 and an easy drive to anything in buffalo. Highly recommend jazzboline restaurant next door. This hotel is Luxurious and worth the money.
