The receptionist was very friendly and helpful both upon check in and out. Breakfast was good, the breakfast area was clean and my room was clean.

Elevator needs some attention. The door would almost close and then reopen and then close. It was very jerky on the stop and start phase.

Staff was welcoming, decent breakfast, clean and no outrageous costs. I had dogs with me, that sleep in crates, and was charged a fair fee. One of the quieter hotels I've stayed in lately as well

"Fair for the cost."

Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Lack of USB ports. Noise from surrounding rooms - loud voices or tv, slamming doors.

"For the affordable price. Access to a warm indoor pool. The value was good."

The staff was friendly.

There wasn’t any pool towels available. The waffle maker didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t work and it looked like dog hair was floating around in the pool.
