"Visit Kennewick"

Breakfast very light. Room good. Bed good

Cleaning of the room. I did checking Monday and Saturday I asked cleaning of the room. They didn't clean any days from Tuesday to Saturday

"Super!!"

Everything was great. Centrally located for the easy access for shopping, dining, church, and walking!!

The refridge leaked a little water. The mattress was a bit too soft. The fan in the bathroom s bit loud.

"Clean and comfortable, but loud"

Everything was very clean, including the pool/hot tub area. The check-in experience was smooth. The price was a good value.

There was a lot of noise. 1) I tried the hot tub which was a comfortably warm temperature for me. However the acoustics were so bad that the happy sounds from the family in the pool were amplified to the point of being painful. 2) I was on the main floor and there were trucks revving up engines outside the windows as I was trying to fall asleep. Even though I was wearing earplugs it was noticeable. Better insulation would have solved that. 3) There was someone (possibly a young child) running around the room above me until 11:45pm and then again by 7:30 the next morning. This was very disruptive and again, better insulation would have helped.

Good location with close access to various restaurants.

Breakfast lacked several food items (e.g. microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruits, better selection of teas) we typically see at such motels.
