Poor breakfast weak coffee

No vending in lobby (out of service!) Soda for sale behind counter, but not in vending machine(second one out of service). No Ice available in the building. (Great, this keeps getting worse)....Super lame breakfast, a few tiny muffins and toast. Very disappointing!

Stay here every year

The property was fine for a one night stay. The toilet was stopped up and would not flush. I was told they would bring me a plunger and I could fix it myself. They finally came and fixed it when I told them I didn’t pay the m $100 for the room so I could fix their plumbing.

The location was perfect for our family reunion at the Sundowner Campground, as we as a couple are not able to camp due to disability.

While we requested a room close to the door, and the facility did provide that. However, when the key didn't work and the room was at the opposite end of the hotel and I had to walk 3 times before she offered to go down herself to make sure the key worked, they had a new key system and while I do understand technology problems...she could have offered sooner to make the walk. And could have also not dismissed us when my husband said something about it that it wasn't her fault about the technology. Also, it was almost 90 degrees when we arrived and the AC or the Fan was not on. It was so stuffy and warm in the room. I understand wanting to conserve energy, but when it is that warm and knowing that they had a reservation arriving they could have at least turned on the fan.
