The staff was good and understanding, the room was clean.

The people staying above our room were making a lot of noise. The AC was also loud. The door of the bathroom couldn't be locked.

The bedroom was a good space, and they provided tea/coffee/ water. I like the fact that the room came with a fridge and microwave.

We were relocated to a room with disabled access. It wasn't bad; however, the bathtub was very awkward and low-level, which is understandable for a disabled person but not for anyone else.

Comfortable room. Clean and quiet. Room was spacious. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Especially Kriza at the front desk. Very helpful and always greeted you with a smile. One of the best in my opinion.
