Hotel Seehof Davos

Es war herrvorragend, vom Personal bis zur Bar bis hin zum Frühstück es war toll. Das Zimmer war toll und sehr sauber. Einfach alles perfekt.

Sehr nettes Personal vor allem die wundervolle Frau aus dem HR.

I stayed in this hotel couple of times in the past, last time around 3 years ago. Experience was great back than and that's why I came back again this time. Nevertheless the experience was disappointing this time in comparison to what i experienced before. It feels l to me like the hotel did a lot of cost cutting resulting in: - Less stuff at the reception ( sometimes there was no one), the stuff seems to be rather junior resulting in topic to solve taking long time as the person at the reception needed to wait for more senior colleagues - chaos at invoicing, checking out. I had one booking for two rooms, but was charged partially resulting in 3 invoices for different part of the stay instead of just one invoice. Took 15 minutes to figure out was was charged and for what I had two rooms ( one for my Dad and one for me). They put my Dad very next to the lift and every time the lift moved, there was noise in the room. I took two hours to work with the reception so they can find another room.
