Wir hatte einen äusserst angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und überzeugte mit einer hohen Hilfsbereitschaft sowie effizientem Service. Man fühlt sich jederzeit bestens betreut und willkommen. Insgesamt hinterlässt das Hotel einen sehr positiven Eindruck, weshalb es für uns sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein wird. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Was uns weniger gefallen hat, betrifft lediglich kleinere Details, die aus unserer Sicht nicht weiter ins Gewicht fallen und keiner näheren Erwähnung bedürfen.

"Unbefriedigendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis"

Gute Lage zum Kongress. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auf Anfrage gibt es ein kostenloses Shuttle zum/vom Bahnhof. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Die Bilder versprechen mehr; Teppichboden hat Flecken, ich habe bei Ankunft eine Nuss unter dem Sessel im Zimmer gehabt, ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass auch nur einmal gestaubsaugt wurde, während meines Aufenthaltes. Das Bad war extrem klein und trotz nicht auf den Boden gelegten Handtüchern wurden diese jedes Mal ausgetauscht. Beide Kaffeerahm waren abgelaufen.
