Location is good, easy to go everywhere.

Pillow, expect a better one. We found the hair dryer was changed one day, switch was difficult to slide and overheat after use awhile and then out of order. After changed (same style as the one we usual used), it works well. Shampoo and conditioner was not suitable to me, too dry. Prefer hand soap in liquid pump instead of soap.

Front desk (concierge and reception) and folks to greet us were excellent. The concierge folks were very polite, smiling, and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the location is great.

We asked for Do Not Disturb, but the housekeeping woman rang our doorbell around 4 pm, and insisted on coming in. We told her no. We spent six or seven minutes trying to get her to go away. We are seniors, and we were tired and were taking our naps.
