Location, views, amenities

Some staff rude example at the circle K, the manager at the grandview buffet, and other just looked unfriendly and bored Hotel staff at desk and spa were good.

"Excellent hotel for the falls."

Everything about this hotel exceeds expectations. It's 15 minutes walk from Table Rock bus station. The maid of the Mist boat ride and zip wire are 5 minutes walk away. The room was excellent, spacious, clean and very comfortable. I cannot recommend the Juliet Balcony room enough. I had a room on the 21st floor, and the view was exceptional. Sleeping, hearing the falls is a unique experience. The view was perfect to enjoy the daily 10pm firework show over the falls. I've included the view from my room, showing day views and nighttime fireworks.
