酒店严重歧视中国人，并且撒谎造谣

1.中国人千万别入住这个酒店！它让大部分中国人都住在一楼，景观最差的房间，而外国人都住在高层，享受最美的河景。而且我们住进去的时候，早上七点到九点多都是施工噪音，声音非常大。酒店给booking发邮件宣称没有噪音，幸好我们录了视频，有证据！ 2.我们入住的第二晚房间没有热水，导致我们一晚上无法洗澡，很多中国人也在前台投诉这个问题，但酒店告知booking，没有发生过这个事情，他们说我们在造谣！这就是所谓的华人优选酒店吗，噪音和没有热水都可以假装无事发生，觉得我们中国人好欺负吗？ 3.前台人员总是对中国人谎称没有高层房间，客房服务人员老是给我们白眼，餐厅厨师优先给白人做不限量松饼，给中国人就一片松饼，还有一楼的房间差到连空调都是老式破旧的，高层房间反而都是硬件设施很好的。 请中国同胞理解，如果你在这个酒店感到不被尊重，感到不舒服，一定是这个酒店的问题。他们憎恨我们中国人，欺骗我们中国人，甚至造谣我们中国人在撒谎！我们花了这么多钱，是为了被他们欺负的吗？

Öncelikle çok pozitif bir karşılama ve huzurlu bir ortamla karşılaştık biz kahireden geldiğimiz için atmosferin bu kadar rahatlatması harika oldu.Gelmeden önce söylediğim her ayrıntıya dikkat edildi. Uçağımız geç olduğu için odadan geç çıkış konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Çalışanlar ekstra yardım sever ve güleryüzlüler. Luksora geldiğimde kalacağım tek yer burası olur.

Nice hotel with lovely scenery, in front of the Nile, good swimming pool and good breakfast. Very good quality for money. Perfect to visit Luxor.

Stunning hotel, security gated, felt safe and staff were very helpful. Whilst the World Cup was on, the bar area was lovely decorated with a world cup trophy on display which a nice touch. There was a concierge desk for your taxi needs as well as an independent tour operator for all your tour activities. Great location, would recomment

Its a great location along Nile and we had booked rooms with river view. It had a great view of the river and the west bank. The sunset was just amazing! The hotel is a nice property, very clean and maintained high standards. We tried all the restaurants (very convenient) and they were exceptional! We booked attractions via the hotel tour agency and they arranged a custom itinerary around the city, taking into consideration our special needs. Kudos to Mina for the smooth experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sandy from guest relations who ensured our stay was comfortable and that we always found information/services we were looking for. I would highly recommend it and would like to visit again!

Nit-picking here - the rooms could use some renovation. Having said that they were fully functional and clean!
