Habitación hermosa, servicio del personal maravilloso, todos muy atentos, gran experiencia. Lo recomiendo altamente y sin lugar a dudas me volvería a hospedar ahí

Замечательный приветливый персонал! Ухоженная территория. Есть парковка — это удобно, если вы на личном автомобиле. Номер небольшой, но было чисто и свежо. С балкона — вид на Нил, красиво. Пребывание в отеле оставило только приятные впечатления. С уважением, ваши гости из России 🫶🏼

Мы отлично провели здесь время, отдохнули и выспались в тишине. С балкона открывается красивый вид. В номере чистота и порядок. Сложилось впечатление, что за отелем ухаживают и очень стараются для гостей. У нас возникли небольшие сложности со сдачей, но персонал вышел из положения и быстро всё уладил 😌 Нам всё понравилось!

overall had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful and feels like a proper resort with a very nice setup and atmosphere. Beautiful views. My deluxe room was especially lovely, comfortable, and really well designed. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. When I had two separate bookings, they made the process of switching rooms smooth and easy by arranging for my luggage to be moved and letting me settle into the next room once it was ready, without requiring a formal checkout at midday. The resort itself has multiple restaurants, a pool, and plenty of facilities, so it’s easy to stay on-site and relax. I also appreciated the variety at breakfast and dinner, which offered a mix of Egyptian and international cuisine. While the buffet was large, there was a decent variety overall and the presentation was very nice.

There were a few service inconsistencies on arrival. During check-in, my luggage was left in the lobby, but it took close to an hour to be brought to my room. It seemed like staff priorities shifted to other guests, which was frustrating, especially after a long travel day. I eventually had to go down and collect my bags myself. You also get haggled by boatsmen and the spa staff within the resort. There were repeated offers for massages and other services, as well as boat operators and excursion vendors approaching guests even inside the hotel grounds. After already dealing with a lot of outside haggling in Luxor, this felt intrusive within a resort environment. Food and amenities within the hotel are also quite expensive compared to local prices, which is expected for a resort but still noticeable. Additionally, while the buffet is visually impressive, the actual variety of dishes felt more limited once you started eating, despite the wide presentation.
