The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the old city. The room was specious.

It doesn't look or feel like a 5* hotel. It's dated, the lock to our room, for example, didn't work well, every time we had to enter the room it took us several tries to open the door. There wasn't any welcome treat at the room, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was OK, but far from what you expect from a 5* hotel.

The incredibly helpful staff at reception. Thank you to the lovely lady who printed out my correos baggage tags! The beautiful spacious room! It was so comfortable. The lobby is so elegant!
