部屋を空けてる時に、勝手に空調の修理メカニックの人が入っており驚き、セキュリティーの面で改善が必要と思いました。客がいない時はスタッフは勝手に入室しない事は常識です。

I truly appreciated the hotel's impressive variety of cuisines. From Chinese and Japanese to Spanish, Indonesian and Indian dishes, each meal offered something unique and delightful. I also greatly appreciated the hotel's interior design, which strikes harmonious balance between modern and classic styles. The thoughtful inclusion of abstract painting, traditional batik, and Javanese stone carvings and statues adds cultural depth and sophistication, creating a truly classy and welcoming atmosphere.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel. Near the shops. We used the spa and the service was excellent as well.

The hospitality and warm welcome at the front door and lobby were excellent. Thank you Mr Hari Purnama and Miss Ayu Wulandari for assissting our arrival. Rooms were spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Food were super delicious.
