5つ星ホテルだけあって、静観で落ちつた雰囲気があり、とてもストレスなく過ごせました。部屋も広く、清潔感があり、スタッフの皆さんもきちんと挨拶してくださり、良い滞在が楽しめました。

Everything is perfect! We arrived in the evening from another place (where the hotel failed to satisfy our expectations). The Gran Melia hotel upgraded our room type from a deluxe room to six levels of room type higher! This is a wonderful way to conclude the day. The breakfast is also fantastic, and we used the gym, which was spotless, well-equipped, and well-maintained!
