Desde el momento del check in todo empezó mal, te dicen que tienes parqueadero gratis y cuando llegas que el parqueadero es por disponibilidad, al momento de hacer el check in me pidieron los documentos de los viajeros, viajaba con mi nieta que es menor de edad, presento la tarjeta de identidad y me piden el registro civil, se les presentó el registro civil y piden una carta de los padres dando autorización para que la niña pueda alojarse con los abuelos, primera vez que nos sucede esto ya que no es la primera vez que salimos con mi nieta. El check in es demorado, el apartaestudio que nos dieron, baño sucio, no tienen nevera, colchones duros, el desayuno solo encontramos huevos revueltos y pan termos con cafe chocolate, leche, el personal poco amable, la verdad por el precio pagado, se consiguen mejores opciones, como conclusión no lo recomiendo, la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel.

It was close to beach

Everything!!! This property is horrendous. Bldg is in bad shape . I booked this property for hot water and TV and internet which none of the 3 were provided on the 1st day !! When I inquired about lack of basic services, I was told I didn’t pay for them !!! I was told to pay a higher price and I would get all 3 ( why I did this I still don’t understand) so I paid for another night . Only to find out they could not provide hot water because the whole hotel has none !! They are serving breakfast and doing laundry with NO hot water !! This is a nasty hotel !! Not only did they LIE to me and asked for more money but they seem to have no conscience!!! I would recommend staying far away from this hotel and the lies that the staff so easily tell .

Que las habitaciones del piso 2 torre 2 son antiquisima deben cerrarlas y no ofrecerlas, ninguna de las cerraduras están buena, incluso, nos quedamos encerrados.
