Impeccable cleanliness, high-quality service, a room equipped with all the amenities, and, above all, the fact that it had a balcony was a major plus, along with the secure parking for the car

It was a little chilly, and I would have liked to turn up the heat in the hotel room—I would have liked it to be warmer—but the thermostat was stuck, and I couldn't get it to work. Other than that, everything was perfect.
