Amazing employees, everyone was so helpful. The kids club is open to all ages. The kids pool is set back from the sea which was disappointing and the beach was not great.

25 minutes from center of town- It will cost you $40 Euros one way to do anything— TOO FAR from real Ibiza

From the second we arrived until we left we were spoilt rotten by lovely staff who just could not do enough. Already planning our return visit later in the year.

A beautiful hotel in a pretty, more-tranquil part of the island. I've visited Ibiza 6 times previously and whilst initially very impressed with Me, there were some aspects which we were not at all happy with. - both my partner and I got food poisoning on the last day, were vomiting for 12 hours solid, room-bound and had to cancel a dinner we had planned (there were neighbours we heard being sick and complaining of illness at the same time as us) - phone in room did not work - shower fluctuated from boiling to cold - requests for an iron and for the phone to be fixed were not carried out, which meant lots of trips to and from reception (we were eventually moved on the second to last night) - some rude and disinterested staff members (although some were more than attentive) - we had to get up and leave dinner one evening after being completely ignored

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary the hotel is beautiful. Food was very good. Beach is no good since is all rocks so you really stay at the pool, we had an incident where the room below us had a leak from our room and they movers us to another Kim however they didn’t let us know plumbing personnel where going to be inside our room so when we came back from the beach people where in our room and the whole plumbing of the shower was a big mess and we had to move in a hurry. That was not handled correctly and was a big inconvenience

Hotel staff were excellent but there are issues with the hotel. We stayed 2 nights and on the first night we could only sit in the restaurant in a small area by the smokers standing in the bar because there was a private function taking most of the restaurant up. The second night we could not sleep as there was another private function on the rooftop with loud music. We thought this was supposed to be a 'Cool chillout' hotel but it left my wife and I itching to get home....love Ibiza and think the hotel is confused about what it is trying to be ....are you a cool chillout or a party hotel...

Excellent hotel in a beautiful setting, however some of the other guests were loud and disruptive therefore impacting the mood and comfort of others.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL , AMAZING BREAKFAST , VERY EXPENSIVE .

Perfect for a relaxing 5* experience. Away from the main party life in Ibiza (will likely be buzzier in season - we went early Oct). Great service, facilities and location.

It is a modern and clean hotel in a nice location. However the rates are significantly high and the hotel is overpriced. The example that exemplifies it is that it was not at full occupancy. Some hotel employees mentioned this season has been weak and many guests were complaining of high rates. Food is just ok. Parking is outside the hotel. It's not close to any restaurant area. In summary, too expensive for what it offers
