"Good"

The room was too warm. Couldn’t get it cool enough. The curtains were torn up enough that you couldn’t get privacy. Literally torn up. I’ve stayed here plenty of times over the last 24 months. While Ok, ish. Not my favorite Holiday Inn Express.

The hot water did not work. I called the staff and she said it would be taken care of. It was late when I checked in; I had been driving all day and simply wanted to shower. After waiting till midnight, I called back but didn’t connect with anyone; I never received a call back. The room was not clean. I would not stay again.
