Sleep Inn & Suites Oregon - Toledo

Had an absolutely horrible experience. My sister had a glass beer bottle thrown at her windshield and my niece was inappropriately touched by the same guest who threw the bottle. Nothing was done by the staff member who was there. Oregon police arrested the assailant but brought him back, which in turn led to the incident with my niece. Never again.

The Hotel was dirty and supplies were very limited. We received a half used bottle of shampoo

Walking distance to Meijer. Very quiet and comfortable. Will definitely be staying on future trips.

We didn’t stay because there were drugs everywhere and our room was disgusting! I want a refund

We did not stay, it was disgusting, the pictures were not accurate to the actual place. It was filthy, smelled of cigarettes in a non smoking room, stains everywhere. We immediately left as it didn’t feel clean or safe.

1st off i booked through expedia worst decision of my life, got a protect plan on the full trip which did not help me in the end, they're service protects the vendor. 2ndly it took everybit of 6hours for this place to respond to text, because you cant call!!! The flags. I just know better next time around.

Poor conditions

The staff person for check in was friendly but it took quite a while after I rang a bell for someone to come out from the back office. The carpet in all areas including my room was dirty, threadbare, and sometimes loose and worn through to the sub-floor. The common room on the third floor was dark and uninviting. The bed was comfortable. I won't be using this hotel any further.

At check-in the desk staff acted like it was a bother to check us in. Bed was not comfortable. Room floor was dirty. Lots of noise from the interstate kept us from sleeping well.

Always a comfortable stay. We always stay here when in Toledo overnight.
