Garner Hotel Aiken South by IHG

Location in Aiken was fine.

The value for very basic amenities was sub-par. I realize that the B\"brand" Garner is a budget model, but the price should reflect this modesl.

The breakfast was A1

The tv was discolored the elevator looked worn down everything looks old and outdated

Staff wee great and location perfect for what we had going on In Aiken.

The shower was dirty, also didn’t have the soap dispenser filled ( good thing I had brought a bar of soap) floors were dirty, very thin walls, windows and doors. You could hear everything going g on outside and I dice the hotel. Breakfast was terrible not many options.

The hotel was nice and clean, I did not get to eat the breakfast.

I needed to check out two days early and they stated that they could not do it because I booked with a third party. She also stated that booking gets a fee and even if someone checks out early you keep the money. I did not like that my money was kept.

Front desk person and oatmeal.

Toilet and phone both not working, heating/cooling mechanisms confusing.

Clean, cost, staff, bed was kind of comfortable but was too soft. Great location I would stay agsin

Bed was to soft, no coffee in room, no cups of any kind in room.

The only thing good about the breakfast was the cinnamon rolls and the location and the staff was great.

Majority of breakfast is poor and the rooms. Multiple stains on beds and walls throughout the room and stuck roller blinds
