We had an overnight stay in the area and were running very late fir check-in. I really appreciate the hotel front desk calling us to let us know where to get our keys in the event somebody wasn’t there to greet us.

Booked the room because we wanted to use the pool. Called ahead of time and was told the pool was open. Nope, pool closed for at least two more weeks before its cleaned. Front desk gave me a hard time because i got the cheaper rate online. Place is gross, left and went around the corner to Best Western and swam with the kids all aftrnoon and got a good night sleep.

That the rooms were very clean the bed was comfortable. I definitely will stay at this hotel again when I go down to clear Lake

I liked nothing about it. Unsavory people living there. Unqualified staff, couldn't even use their computer system.

Too many guests actually living there. Made the experience uncomfortable. 5am smoke breaks outside our room and then yelling at the house keeper seemed to me they ran that place. Room was nice. Bathroom seemed like they skip it, walls dirty. Horrible. Front desk Guy great. But area had bad traffic with questionable people.

More blankets

It was noisy we wanted a down stairs room as we both have a hard time with stairs and we were not accommodated we wanted a single room with a king size bed and had to take a room with 2 queens and the coffee pot didn't work there was not enough coffee or towels we asked for extra of both but inly got coffee for a machine that didn't work on the second day i finally got the extra pillow i asked for when we checked in

When we pulled into the parking lot and a sign read park at your own risk, we decided to leave the area and drive another 2 hours to an area that was safer.
