Executive Inn Coopersburg

Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had to spend the night in this place, there have street cats everywhere and garbage all over the place. Our room has only one bed and they put it was two beds. I wanted a refund but they claimed that service was provided and no refunds after the fact. I am so disappointed and I advise everyone to not stay a night over there unless you ate junkie

I'm surprised Expedia would advertise this facility. It appeared to be more of the type of hotel that allows people to stay long term. There were vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires that hadn't been operated for an extended period of time. Also there was a number of cats roaming around and the facility appeared to have been reopened without having been renovated. Once I saw the room which required last minute work with an electric drill, I could not bring myself to show it to my wife.

This place has made many improvements to the scince last stay. Room are clean plenty of hot water.all staff are very accommodating. Clean. No bedbugs. We looked everywhere for them keep up the good work! We will stay again next time thru.

The beds are comfy. You could smell that the hotel previously allowed smoking. Room is spacious.

When you need a place it's ok but not somewhere I would suggest

Hotel was located on a very busy street. It was not well lit and the first room was located on the back side of the farthest bldg. There were no outside lights and no windows in that part . Could not see a thing. It was surrounded by undergrowth and felt very un-secure. front desk and told them I could not stay in this room. (have bad eyesight)They finally agreed to move me to a better location. Not worth the money and should not be on your list!

What was I thinking, not checking TripAdvisor? I don't usually pile on when the reviews on a place are so horrible, but I notice nobody's commented since January. Okay...it's no better. That scummy tub? Yep. Could have been mine. Sink? Same deal. Toilet? A ring of moldy scum floating around the edges of the water. So my room was not an isolated case--no something they had to rent at the last minute but somehow didn't get cleaned and inspected before they let it. Nope. They just have no idea how to clean...or thy don't bother...or they don't care.

It seemed that Hotel was undergoing several renovations at the time. Where the breakfast I assume is served was all torn up and being worked on so no breakfast was offered. Our room was in the rear away from the congestion of the parking area and Route 309, it was quieter and more private. I would request one of these rooms if available.

Too many to quote. The environment /ambience is really port, though the room was good. The door had a problem and it was pretty scary as there was no bolt/latch (extra) for peace of mind of the night. Place did not offer even a cup of coffee....I have had better experience with Motel 6...I pad $50 plus tax and feel I should be refunded the entire amount Never recommend this place to your customers....at least I know I will not

Room heater controls worn, couldn't adjust temp properly. Heater grill broken, not fixed. 2 out of 3 lampshades broken, not fixed. 1/8 inch dust buildup on lamp bases and shades, not cleaned. Disgusting scum buildup all over bathtub, not cleaned (see photo) Room designed for 4 people, but only 1 drinking cup provided. Sink water controls reversed (cold on left, hot on right), not fixed. Reddish stains on bedcover, not cleaned. Electric outlet cover on wall missing, not replaced. Bathroom door handle broken, not fixed. Bathroom door handle has punched hole into wall, not fixed. No coffee maker in room or lobby area. One of headboards on wall is crooked, not fixed. Sink area has tissue dispenser on wall, but it is empty. Dispenser lad is filthy and loose, not cleaned or fixed. One of chair seats badly stained, not cleaned. No second (chain) lock on room door. Doors and frames have many dirt and scrape marks, not cleaned. Telephone wiring receptacle in wall, no longer used, has cap removed and wires cut and dangling loose, not fixed. Motel so close to road that cars and trucks passing by sounded like they were coming right thru room.
