Centre of town , excellent staff

The staff are all very friendly and professional. Possibly family owned. Continental breakfast is sufficient and set up well and very tidy. My room had a beautiful view of the river and downtown Aquaplex with the giant dinosaur.

There is a 1 inch gap under the door to outside… Like the transition/flashing is missing. The room was very cold in the morning if we didn’t leave the heater on all night. The bathtub plug was broken or was completely the wrong size. There should be instructions for the Keurig LOL.

I got to see the giant Dinosaur from my window, that was great. The staff were very nice to talk with. My bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple and just enough for me.

I could hear the tv in the room beside me and thought I would have a hard time to go to sleep, but managed to ok. Other than that all was well.

Breakfast was great, pancake machine was out of batter awaiting delivery. Great selection of other breakfast items avaliable. Coffee was plentiful and hot. Room was decently sized for 5 people. Small issue with not enough power plugs and missing light switch, power bar was provided on the second day without us asking (which was very appreciated) and light switch was fixed. Dove products in the bathroom was incredibly appreciated (have sensitive skin/eczema regular soap can burn) They replaced the bar of handsoap with a new box on the second day which was odd.(kinda wasteful?) Incredible service, front desk always greated us with a smile when we came in.

... maybe a different variety of pillows? They were all excessively fluffy. Coffee tasted slightly burnt one morning. (Can't really complain, stay was quite nice, much better than we expected for the price.)

החדר, המיטות והחנייה היו כולם נוחים, מרווחים ונקיים.

ארוחת בוקר מצומצמת יחסית, והישיבה היא רק בספסלים בחוץ. בקור של מרץ זה היה סבל. השמיכות במיטות הם לא באמת שמיכות. זה 2 סדינים פרוסים, כשביניהם יש מעין בד שעשוי מחומר לא ברור. ברגע שסדין אחד בורח הבד הזה באמצע נחשף, והוא היה טעון בהרבה חשמל סטטי. זה היה נורא ונאלצתי לישון בלי שמיכה, מאחר ולא הייתה שמיכה אחרת בחדר.
