The breakfast was satisfactory

What could have been better would be the staff not accusing me of smoking in my room the day I rebooked and then got told I couldn’t. According to the policy and procedures of this establishment of there is a complaint of smoking in a room it is to be checked immediately not a day or two later.

Good location

Dissatisfied with no protein choice at breakfast. Was told by staff that they only have a protein choice after April. That makes no sense. Have not encountered this at other establishments. .The pool was incredibly dirty the 2nd day we were there. .Our bed was fairly uncomfortable. We requested a full clean on our room and no vacuuming was done.
