Rodeway Inn Lincoln West - University Area

A good location! We needed inexpensive and it met that need. The bathroom could have had some attention to simple repairs but the rest of the room was clean and included a small fridge and microwave. The breakfast consisted of a bottle of water, a cup of peaches and a granola bar. I repeat, we needed inexpensive and it met that need with good service.

Breakfast was disappointing, it might have helped if their advertising mentioned breakfast was very limited but they did provide 3 items for both of us and again, the price was the important item.

Breakfast was a bottle of water, fruit cup, and granola bar. Maybe we slept in or something (got breakfast around 8:30ish) and missed the real stuff.

Front office staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Awesome service.

The room smelled bad, seemed generally clean but dirty on a level that everyday cleaning can’t fix. These rooms need an overhaul.

It was fine for an inexpensive overnight stay. The "free breakfast" was a bag with water bottle, banana and cereal bar. We booked two rooms that were adjacent but not connected but that worked out well in a shared recess. Bed was not super comfortable but that was more my body's fault, not the bed. The staff recommendation of "Shoemakers Restaurant" was a good one

Everything was very clean and all the plumbing worked well!!!

Half the building facing west was exposed to very bright sunlight and therefore very hot. As a result, the folks could not be in the office and we had to call them to come and check us in. The personnel, however, we’re very helpful.

Quick overnight stay, got in at 11pm, quick checkin left at 7pm. Was comfortable and easy in and out!
