Room temperature was hot, filter was totally filthy, no trash can, removed filter cause had no way of cleaning it, room never cooled down all night. Says pet friendly which I definitely appreciate, but advised that they would only be in room approximately 2 hours max, still get charged $10 for their short stay. We go there cause of price, definitely not for comfort & friendliness.

I purchased the cancellation insurance and had to cancel due to a misunderstanding with the airline and airport regarding my flight check in deadline, messaged the hotel using Expedia's messaging service, and they have ignored my cancellation and request for refund.

NOT ONE THING ROACHES IN THE ROOMS AND MOLD WAS PRESENT NOT TO MENTION ELECTRICAL ISSUES AS WELL

EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS HORRIBLE PROSTITUTES HANGING OUT AND DRUG ACTIVITY. WAS PRESENT

I will not be staying there again requested a non smoking room they put me in a smoking room. the shower was just a steam of water. bed needed to be replaced i could feel the springs.
