Dump

After driving 10 hours and arriving at the hotel at 11:30PM (mind you I called around 3PM and notified I'd be arriving late) I was told upon arrival they'd overbooked and given my room away. I had made this reservation a week earlier. I asked to speak with the manager next day to resolve the problem. He told me the manager was out of town (front desk worker later verified he was the manager). He didn't attempt to rectify the mistake and told me to cancel with Expedia and get refunded. After pushing him to expedite a room cleaning so I could stay my second night he obliged. Luckily Expedia rectified my issue and refunded me the difference on my first night stay.

Hotel need serious upgrades. My room had roaches!!

Outside looks great! Our room was old and needed updating ! Microwave was definitely an antique’ towels thin and only one apiece! Coffee only decaffeinating Soap and hair care poor at best’ Paid 150 for a place we left as fast as we could!!

I booked a smoke-free. They gave me a smoking room. Not only that, I got a room complete with blood, mold, and pee stains. The A/C unit was busted and the bed looked like someone was laying down in it 10 minutes before I got there. Great place if you’re into the whole drug refuge thing. Would like a refund please. Unacceptable. The receptionist was very nice and sorry about what was available.

This is an older property but the room had been updated and it was a good value. Helpful front desk associate!

Hair dryer broken, bed extremely uncomfortable.

Had to stop somewhere overnight on the way to South Florida. We stayed many times before in different Travelloge hotels and thought it was a safe bet. We are not picky at all. Don’t expect much from a 100$ room. But some basics should be there. Not much good though in this particular place. The room had terrible smell, air conditioning had two modes (on/off) that you have to manually switch yourself all night . Everything is super dirty and run down. The place hasn’t seen a drop of fresh paint in half a century. Weird mattresses with one pillow per bed. Stay away.

the hotel room was disgusting. when we walked on the floor, our feet would be black, the bathroom was terrible we couldn’t even shower in it, a board detached from the front of the sink, the lights were flickering , and there were stains on the bed. when i checked in, it took forever because the guy in front of me was on the phone and acted like i was bothering him. i most definitely will not be back, and i suggest that no one else wastes their money on this dump.
