"Facility needs to get pest control involved and rooms. Need to be clean completely not halfway."

Front desk person was good

I asked for a none smoking, gentlemen gave me a smoking room, dislike the smell of smoke, as soon as I open the door room had cockroaches by the front door and found baby roaches in the bathroom

I have stood there in the past, but this last time that I stood at this hotel was filthy. The blankets were all stained even the pillows. There was roaches on the floor coming from the AC and in the bathroom. I couldn’t believe how dirty the room was so I asked for another room and that room was even worse, but the blankets were not stained at least for the top blanket because I did not crawl underneath the other ones. But I did see a few roaches on the floor coming from the door. What does bad experience I will never be going back plus I believe they’re dealing drugs there because there was a few people standing outside of door watching the parking lot.

"Very good price, good location, but the room wasn’t clean."

Room was not very clean and there was actually a Live 12 gauge shotgun shell in the cupboard!
