SureStay Hotel by Best Western Portland City Center

Gostei muito de todo atendimento da equipe do Hotel, principalmente de um Senhor que fica no período da noite que além de bater um baita bate papo ainda me deu um cafezinho top.

Poderia melhorar um pouquinho na parte do café da manhã

Noisy and no rules for guests on noise levels. You could hear anyone walking in the halls and in other rooms.

The additional parking, the availability of extra coffee, and the comfort of the bed.

The ice machine was behind the counter.

Clean and quiet

Had small problem with maintenance of room.

Near to Downtown and public transportation. Just about 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram/train. Even just a walking distance to downtown.

No Elevator at this hotel, so when you get second floor and bring a lot luggage will be a big issue. Room maybe need to renovate as well, quite old, but decend and clean.

The three staff I had interactions with were very pleasant and the overnight desk man was a delight to converse with.. The location, it is a quick few minutes from OHSU children's hospital and we usually have several appointments with time between so it's helpful to have somewhere to go out of the rain and my granddaughter can take a nap, making the day much more bearable for her. The breakfast was good, it just needs some kind of protein, perhaps boiled eggs or something? The room with one queen and one double works well as one is pushed up against the wall and prevents toddlers from falling out of bed. This is a big deal for a child who has had her skull removed and put back together.

The bathtub is in need of repair/replacement, I wouldn't let my granddaughter take a bath, we showered instead. It may not have bothered some, I just am picky about soaking my body in other's germs and the sealing layer was cracked and worn off by the faucet. Only other thing is the noise of the city. It is worth being so close to the hospital to tolerate sirens all night.

Location .We book this place just for a night as the next day we are driving to the seaside.

O quarto é ótimo, vi vários comentários ruins e fiquei com receio, mas super atendeu, tinha até café da manha, não é igual do brasil, mas visto que nos EUA não é comum, estava otimo. Não tinha nenhum morador de rua no entorno.

O quarto é carpet.
