Dated, bed (not comfortable at all), lack of deep cleaning in room (e.g., crumbs on the floor; dusty), noise level from nearby rooms.

"Less than expected - not very clean"

Room was dirty, bed coverings stained, toilet was not cleaned, towels were stiff. Side door to building didn't close or lock, squealed opening. Room was dank and smelly. Heater sounded like a Jet plane.

"Happy Christmas Vacation"

Myself and two sons was a visitor for 5 nights. The room was neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was always clean and well organized with many choices to choose from. Martha H. was always friendly and greeted us with a smile and a good morning.
