"The noise was all night the walls are thin. Check your showers before getting settled"

How we had a kichenett.

We found a bug in our bed crawling up our sheets and we did not have hot water it was like warm. Room 226

Very nice staff that were polite and helpful. I also enjoyed the hot breakfast. Pool signs need updated with correct hours and some signage around the building is missing letters like the pool was missing the "L".

"I enjoyed every minute of my stay!"

I loved everything! The staff was welcoming, check in was quick. I was accommodated without having to ask. The amenities were nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing! Joe was extremely helpful and he continuously made sure we were comfortable. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a loooong time so it was refreshing! I almost booked another night but I had to leave town. Everything was clean, cozy, and convenient!

The Wi-Fi was kinda iffy. It did not connect to some devices at all.

Property was run down and dirty. Phone lines and internet didn’t work. The room next to us had a loud party slamming doors, playing music, and smoking weed at all hours. We were forced to leave our room in the middle of the night (while traveling with children) because the front desk refused to do anything to fix the problem with our neighbors. So far management has not called us as requested, and the bill they sent claimed we checked out late when we actually left a day early.

"If you are looking for something close to the children’s hospital"

It was a decent hotel that was close to children’s hospital

There was trash that was left by the stairs over night and sheets and blankets that was left on the hallway over night. Room seemed to be dusty and unkept

This Property is literally local by the hospital..The area was extremely quiet. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room itself was nice and cozy. With a seating area, king size bed and kitchen with the amenities. The best part my kids loved was the indoor pool nice and clean very relaxing. The patio nice setup with a BBQ Pit..
