Everything was great but having issues with the showers. Nothing but cold water

I was surprised to discover that fresh towels had to be requested daily, as I wasn’t informed that there was no room cleaning service. The carpets in both the hallways and rooms hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in quite some time, and there was visible mold in the kitchen area. The property felt very neglected overall, with an unkempt appearance. It had more of a motel vibe, despite the photos online making it look like a hotel.

Staff at this hotel make up for the location and the maintenance that needs to be done. Staff are friendly, kind and accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. ** there is tiny signs to find this property and we drove past entrances a few times. Suggest better signage

On arrival they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite, and I appreciated the roominess. It was very clean and I loved having regular mugs for my coffee rather than the paper ones you usually get. The mattress was comfortable, though a bit too squishy for my personal taste. The lady at check in was very friendly.

There were many problems with this property. Fist of all the dishwasher didn’t work. The garbage disposal leaked and there was ants.

Location

Room needs refurbishing. Old and worn carpet with obvious tears by the door. Many scratches on the fridge and rust around the outside bottom of the fridge. Poorly repaired areas in the corners of the bathroom.

The staff was wonderful. Very cordial, very friendly, really enjoyed our stay.
