I appreciated feeling welcome from the moment I arrived to when I was dropped off from a 5:30 a.m. airport shuttle with clear directions on where to go to streamline check in. I've stayed here before but this was the best experience yet. Everything was just where I needed it in my suite. Well done, Townplace Suites in Eagan!

"Close to top Minneapolis attractions "

Front desk service lady was problem solving, efficiently, fast and very friendly. Also bilingual! Room with kitchen in good condition with appliances than made our stay easy and comfortable. Excellent housekeeping. Shuttle is free to Mall of America, train station and airport. The only downside is the moisture management must repair to improve.

"Great stay for surgery"

We stayed at this hotel because of me having Knee replacement surgery. This hotel was perfect for us. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate and housekeeping did a great job daily of cleaning and helping out. It was perfectly located near stores and food places on top of it having a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator. Will be definitely staying here again next time we are in town.

"Great Value for 2 Bedroom Suite"

I like the 2 bedroom suite at this price it was unbeatable deal, The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The room was a little worn some water damage in the bathroom everything was in working order.

It was an amazing experience. I booked 4 rooms for us and 4 other families. They were all happy. One family room was even upgraded to a bigger one at no additional cost. Breakfast is really good aswell.
