TownePlace Suites New Orleans Metairie

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The room was spacious and was able to be kept cool easily. The breakfast was good with plenty of room to sit and eat without feeling cramped.

The property itself is very worn down, not the cleanest common areas. The rooms were fine. Clean and spacious enough. Was ideal for our family of four. Although the pullout couch really was not a couch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although check in was quite disorganized and The rooms were not ready until after 4 o’clock.

Staff was super sweet; room wasn’t ready upon official check in time. No fault of the front desk associates tho. Hotel is run down and in need of things. Bed was comfy. Price was ok. We weren’t there long, in for a wedding for an overnight stay so it was tolerable. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Our room was not ready when we made our arrival. We were told to wait until 4:00.. We didn't get our room until 5:45 Housekeeping did not bring us fresh towels the next day. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport, clean and especially important to me, quiet. The staff was friendly. I had everything I needed.

The staff were very polite and professional. Check in was delayed by about 10 or so minutes because the housekeepers were running a little behind, but there was seating in the lobby and tv so it was fine. The rooms were very impressive for the price, however the room smelled stale. Not dirty, not stinky, just kind of stale. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. NO SIGNS OF BED BUGS! So that’s a plus
