Everything was awesome! From the front desk staff to the housekeeping ladies…everyone was kind and friendly.

Handicap parking was tight. But expected on a busy weekend

The gentleman who was to check us in was rude and had an attitude the whole time while checking us in almost like we interrupted his time behind the wall he was eating something and continued to chew it while checking us in. Then he got mad because his account was locked and he couldn’t get into the system so he called someone on speaker phone and had a attitude with her while she was giving him her password to get into the computer system. Apron wake up at 6am my whole room smelled like cigarette smoke due to people smoking outside on the property next to windows and no my window was closed. I don’t sleep with windows open.

I like the 2 bed rooms that have individual bedrooms.

It seemed a bit run down, heavily worn couch, bed was higher at foot than head. Ground level window couldn’t be locked.

Lots of long term stay folks, all were nice and all good, would stay again.

The room was cleanish...in the cabinet where the dishes were, had salt or something spilled inside. The floor in the bathroom looked clean...however my socks were black on the bottom. A little water spilled on the floor, and when I wiped it up, it was black on the paper towel. The carpets had a musty pet smell at times and there was a strong "cleaner" smell in the bathroom that lingered, so I know they cleaned. It wasn't terrible, seemed safe, especially since I forgot to lock my vehicles doors once. The front desk staff seemed pleasant and helpful. I stayed 3 nights and no came to clean, which they said they wouldn't. I image since its across the street from a hospital, they have families staying in the hotel for that reason. All in all, it wasnt too bad, especially for the price.
