The bed was hard and pillows a bit flat. But the rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We forgot a phone and a blanket, staff held on to it for us for a couple of days since we live out of town. They made our stay a positive one for sure. Thank you staff!!
Everything was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again in the future for all my San Francisco trips.

Overall a good, smooth check-in. Comfortable room and bed. Some trash on ground outside of room window. Showerhead water pressure was too high.
Property was comfortable but was not easy to locate since the sign is not easily visible due to the shrubs
Breakfast is MID. But for the price of it was good. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable

A very clean establishment. The staff was excellent. I would stay here again when visiting family in Santa Clara. A wide range of interesting restaurants across the street.
