Die Lage ist super.

Die Tiefgarage kostet 17 Euro pro Nacht und auf Nachfrage, ob wir nach dem Auschecken noch bis ca. 14 Uhr in der TG stehen bleiben dürften, gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Es gäbe an dem Tag noch viele Anreisen. Das mag stimmen, aber ist Anreise nicht immer erst ab 15 Uhr? Da hätten wir uns etwas mehr Kulanz gewünscht, vor allem bei dem Preis. Ich habe das auch der Dame an der Rezeption rückgemeldet und dies wurde einfach wortlos zur Kenntnis genommen. Einen höflichen Umgang mit Kritik, die freundlich formuliert war, stell ich mir anders vor.
