Staff are very friendly.

The WIFI is not working good, especially if your room is at the corner. You can only connect for a few seconds.

Excellent and spacious property, well-sized rooms, extremely nice pool-side restaurent

Options for vegetarian menu are very less, gym needs massive upgrade and better maintenance

The hotel personnel were the most friendly and professional staff that I have had the privilege to be a beneficiary of their services. So prompt, attentive and ready to go the extra mile. I defitin recommend this Hotel and I will definitely go back. The room was clean and fresh and the area surrounded by trees. Their swimming pool and courtyard was superb. The security was top notch. The only downside of the hotel is that it feels somewhat enclosed, as it's surrounded by walls and fences. Additionally, it's located on a highway with limited amenities nearby, making it less convenient if you're not traveling by car.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They truly made my stay enjoyable. The rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness, and the overall service was great.

However, I did encounter a few issues that could be improved. I noticed there were no slippers provided in the rooms, which meant I had to walk barefoot after showering. Additionally, I faced some difficulties with water drainage after showering and often had to mop up to prevent water from spilling into the room. Lastly, while I understand the menu primarily features fast food, I was hoping to see at least a few traditional African dishes included. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely recommend your hotel and would consider staying again.
