Very clean , staff lovely , great location right on the golden mile with restaurants all right beside you.

The hotel is huge and perfect for a family stay. The staff are amazing and welcoming, and there are evening shows as well as plenty of entertainment around the pool during day time. We experienced a few issues in our room, but we were able to change rooms easily, which reflects the hotel’s excellent customer service.

This was my second stay at this hotel. My first visit was in 2024, and the experience was slightly better, especially regarding the pillows and blankets. One major drawback is that guests “reserve” sun loungers by the pool with their towels (sometimes even with non-hotel towels), and the staff do not seem to monitor or enforce any rules regarding this. As a result, by 9:00 a.m., the loungers closest to the pool are often reserved but left unoccupied. Another significant downside is the poor sound insulation. You can hear almost everything happening in the corridor, which can be quite disturbing. Overall, it is a good hotel. I would rate it as a solid 4-star hotel rather than a true 5-star hotel, as one might expect.

The hotel is very clean and spacious there are lots of different seating areas around and the rooms are very nice

I think there could be more options with the food, I have been to other hotels in the same area that have a lot more choice, because of this I would only go on a bed and breakfast basis.

Staff are very welcoming, and during stay, they are available at all times. Hotel is lovely. Good variety of food. Fabulous location. Easy access to Los Cristianos. Pool area great and no problem getting sun beds. All in all, great stay.
