"Great hotel and amenities!"

Lovely hotel, great to have use of the spa facilities included. We had a meal at the The Drop Inn, lovely food and great value. Really comfy beds and the room was spacious with everything we needed.

"A let down really...could be a really great place and an attraction to Bolton but needs better management and policies."

Nice old building

Room was not clean... Carpet had stains all over it. Bath had stains all over it. Asked for a late check out and was told it's an extra charge of £30. Breakfast was bang average. Also extra at breakfast for proper coffee and the staff make you pay while your eating as soon as they bring it over🤷🏽‍♂️. The funny thing is if they would've let us have a late check out we probably would have spent more than that as we'd have used the spa and booked a treatment or two.

I like that the hotel was clean through out, I love how efficient the team was at worked, all the staff I met were extremely kind and helpful, room was stocked and up to standards. Spa was amazing and I love how we could use it check in till check out.

The only thing I didn’t like about the room were the outdated carpets and they did feel a little dirty.
