"Loved it ,simple as that"

Perfect, clean and tidy, well laid out , food presented perfectly. Staff were neat and tidy and friendly and attentive. Could not have been better.

Drinks were expensive!!!!

"Lovely overnight in Derry"

Lovely hotel great location. Very comfortable. Staff super friendly.

The drink at the bar was very expensive. The hotel was very warm but easily sorted by using the fan in the room and switching off the radiators

"A very happy husband and wife"

Ordered breakfast in room for a fee of £5. It was an outstanding Irish breakfast! Myself and my wife will be back. We left feeling totally rejuvenated. Thank you Everglades

Maybe a bath instead of shower in room. Not a big deal though

Very disappointed. During our stay we got woke up several times due to loud noises with guests shouting in the corridor. We tried ringing down to reception but the phone was out of order. The room was also cold during the night. Breakfast was also very poor!
