The music at the swimming pool is terrible!(

El edificio esta muy cuidado la decoración con los muebles del lobby de diseño art deco, son muy lindos crean esas atmósfera de un hotel pensado con coherencia en la decoración, disfrutamos también de los lugares para estar afuera tanto para desayunar como para estar sentados frente a la acera , la cama super comoda la habitaciones muy amplias con muchas zonas de guardado.

La limpieza de nuestra habitación quizás le falto un poco de amor , el baño lo limpiaban todo muy rapido y el ultimo dia no vinieron a hacer el cuarto.

Os funcionários do front desk, o bell boy que diga-se de passagem é a alma do hotel e a localização.

Ficamos na parte do bloco anexo e não ter acesso as facilidades do hotel internamente é um pouco inconveniente mas nada que comprometa

The hotel is in a gorgeous art-deco-style, everything is in pristine condition and very clean. You can see they take good care of the facilities. The staff is very sweet, helpful and makes you feel very welcome.The room was a good size with beautiful furniture, bathroom is nice and comfortable. You get free showerproducts of good quality.Plenty of towels and free beach/pool towels. Good coffeemaker with new pods daily, in the room.Bed was comfortable.plenty of storarge in the room, very practical details everywhere. They provide nice , complimentary water throughout the hotel. The lobby is so beautiful, as is the bar and breakfast/restaurant area outside.Breakfast is delicious with good options. Cocktails are delicious with a happy hour every evening.Pool area on the roof is nice and clean. There also is a gym.Elevator works well. The hotel is situated in a nice part of Collins avenue, surrounded by good restaurants and shops.The beach is just around the corner and you get complimentary beach-chairs (If you want also an umbrella you have to.pay: 27 dollars for a day and bring beach towels from the hotel since they didn't gave us those on the beach) on the beach with the boucher brothers, 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Price/quality is great.

Pool itself is not very big but since it was not crowded at all when we were there it worked well for us.The music in the pool-area can be too loud and too "boomboom" to relax there, but I guess some people like it that way, for us it felt not necessary. Although it is stated that pool closes at 8p.m ( except on tuesday it is 6p.m because of weekly deep-clean) on some days we found it closed earlier, bit hard to understand, it seems to be linked to the bar up there; when it is calm they close earlier and so does the pool acces which was a bit disappointing. Those are of course only minor details since the hotel is great.

Nagyon jó helyen, barátságos személyzettel, egyedül a bútorzat nagyon régi, cserére szoruló. De jól ereztük magunkat.
