Staff was friendly and the room was nice. My only complaint was the tv did not work. I would definitely give it another try.

Easy and quick to get to from the interstate and our room was very clean. Bed very comfortable.

It was a Saturday. I had had enough of 90 minutes of doors slamming, young adults yelling everything they thought or said in the hallway. People in and out arguing. I could hear girls having phone conversations in the room next to ours, telling how drunk they were and to get over here. I called desk at about 8:30-9pm to ask them to check it out bc there was certainly a hotel party. He said he’d call and I asked if he or another would be available the all night. He said a new person would be here overnight. I asked that he’d let that person know to keep watch on the situation. The kids lowered voices for a while, but guests kept arriving and leaving, in and out of 2 or 3 rooms, it seemed. The voices were still loud. “Dude, I can’t wait in the car or I KNOW I’m gonna gak!” This went on, but I was so tired I finally fell asleep bc I was so exhausted from driving. I was awakened at 3am with the same noise. The banging doors stopped around 4am. The man at the desk at 6am made excuses of all sorts. If you need or want to rest on a Saturday night during your travels, DO NOT STAY HERE. Management only has lame excuses for not being able to help.

Clean, breakfast good

Safety concerns. Someone kept propping open back door. Reported to staff. Room next to us was propping their door open. People came and went all thru the night.

Breakfast was in a good location.

The split level design was not ideal for handicapped.

The only negative thing was there were children in the room above us, and they were up late, running around and up early running around. But other than that, it was very nice.
