Condition and cleanliness of the building and the rooms. Fantastic view from the upper floors. Buffet meals in the dining room offered great variety of foods. Dining room staff room service when couldn't attend the dining room owing to illness. Onsen was clean and inviting. Massage service was excellent.

Was not informed upon check-in about the discount on souvenirs available to foreign guests but found out at check-out after we had made a number of purchases.
