①bookingなどのサイトから予約する際にも、クラブラウンジへのアクセス権などを表記してもらった方がわかりやすい。 →今回は沖縄に行きたかったが、飛行機がマイルの有効期間切れにならないためになかなか無理矢理な旅行だったため、あまり調べず適当にホテルを予約してしまったこちらの落ち度もあるが、マリオットのプラチナ会員のため、アップグレードやラウンジアクセスは付いているのが当たり前の感覚だったため、ブランドチェンジして間もない時期には予約する際にそれが注意書などで分かりやすくして頂きたい。 ②フロントでのチェックインの際に、一階のお風呂近くのブッフェで、朝、ランチを通しで食事ができることなどは伝えて欲しかった。玉子焼きがめちゃくちゃ美味いらしく、クラブラウンジでも一階ブッフェでも、それを食べずに旅行を終えたのが残念。 ③ただマイルの有効期間の問題と沖縄便の予約が取れないため、また6月に宮崎には行く予定🗓️ですが、青島🏝️のANAホテルと迷い中です。 玉子焼きリベンジがしたい。

オーシャンビューが良かった。目の前にゴルフ場のグリーンと海の色のコントラストが良かった。また食事も宮崎色が出ていて、食べ応えがありました。

客室内の浴室設備が良くない。シャワールームの下から水が染み出る、浴槽内のお湯が自然に減ってしまう、浴槽内でシャワーを浴びる際、カーテンレールがないので、浴室全体が水浸しになる。でも温泉があるので、温泉を利用しました。
