It’s an aging hotel, needs a bit of updating. Aircons aren’t as cool as they should and a bit noisy during the night.

Good central location

The noise of a band particularly the drumming that went on psst midnight of a wedding in the garden bar area

The hotel looked amazing from the front entrance, including the reception. The pool looked very old, and needed an update. The room looked tired, and bathroom tiles needed grout. The room, however, was clean. The location was perfect.

Just the room looked run down and in need of a refurb. Other than that, the stay was great.

The staff were excellent, all of them were very friendly and we're obviously well trained in customer service. The pool was great but no later afternoon sun due to the pool being in the shade. The breakfast buffet was very good, plenty of choice every morning. The location was excellent and it was near many restaurants and shops. The hotel also had a cafe and lounge with very cheap prices for a hotel.

The only issue would be that the hotel has seen better days, the interior is old and dated. The corridors had a bit of a bad smell which I would down to the moisture getting into the walls over the years. However, the staff, pool and breakfast made up for it.
