The bathroom had a leak from the shower, which left the bathroom floor wet after every shower. I also forgot two necklaces in the room. I returned to the hotel to collect them, but I was told they were not there, even though I am absolutely sure I left them in the room. Since checking out, I have been calling the hotel every day, and they keep saying they will check and call me back, but they never do. This is completely unacceptable. The service has been careless and disrespectful. They repeatedly say they will verify the situation and contact me the next day, but nobody ever gets back to me. I have been calling every single day since I left the hotel. This is absurd. Tourists should not be treated with such disregard and lack of respect.
