Pink Sands Resort

I want to give a perfect review to this resort. Been coming to this island for a while now. The staff and the whole experience was a 10/10. Customer service is fantastic. Besides the property being gorgeous and the food being great I really want to focus on customer service. By far the best I’ve had on harbour island. I wanted to mention the manager Romona is very on top of things and is an example of professionalism. Money well spent!

I had an unforgettable dining experience at Pink Sands Resort, thanks to Andrea who truly made our visit special. From the moment we sat down, her warmth and energy stood out like a breath of fresh air. She greeted us with such genuine enthusiasm and made sure we felt completely at ease. It was clear she genuinely cared about giving us a great experience. She made our meal feel extra special, and I honestly can’t thank her enough for that.

Andrea at the Blue Bar truly made our stay at Pink Sands Hotel unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness that instantly made us feel welcome. Her attentiveness, friendly energy, and sincere care added something special to each of our visits to the bar. She offered great recommendations, remembered our preferences, and checked in on us with perfect timing — always with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a personal touch, and Andrea did exactly that with ease and grace. Her presence became a meaningful part of our experience, and we looked forward to seeing her each day. It’s people like Andrea who turn a beautiful place into a truly memorable one. We can’t thank her enough for making us feel so well cared for. Pink Sands is lucky to have her!

Unforgettable Escape in Paradise! We had an absolutely sensational experience at Pink Sands Resort! The beauty of this place is beyond words — the pink-hued sand is soft and unique, and the color of the ocean is simply breathtaking, with shades of turquoise and blue that look like a painting. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly blending comfort with the natural surroundings. The service was outstanding — warm, thoughtful, and always making us feel truly cared for. Every detail was taken care of, adding so much to our experience. Every moment felt like a dream, from morning walks on the beach to relaxing afternoons by the water. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy the wonders of nature. Highly recommend it — we can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time‼️ Pink Sands resort is truly a special place. A little paradise. It is the perfect blend of laid-back luxury and natural beauty. The pink-hued beach is absolutely breathtaking — soft, powdery sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters that look like they belong in a dream. Our cottage (cole point north) was clean, spacious, and private, with a great view, we loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and tropical birds, close to the spa, to the blue bar and tenis courts or taking the golf cart up and down or to the village. The staff was warm, welcoming, attentive and very friendly. Always with a smile trying to make us happy. Dining at Malcolm 51 was another highlight. Great food, excellent service, elegant atmosphere. We’re already dreaming of coming back.

Amazing! We had the most wonderful stay. The hotel staff was friendly and always gave great service. The rooms are very cozy and spacious and the food was great. I loved the beach with the pink sands. We took long walks. It is a magical place to stay. Highly recommend it.

We’ve been fortunate to visit Harbour Island many times over the years, and it continues to be one of our favorite destinations. What made this particular trip truly stand out was the exceptional, white-glove service provided by Pink Sands. From the moment we stepped off the plane, we were greeted by Rel, who went above and beyond to make our arrival effortless. He assisted with our luggage, drove us to the waiting boat, and ensured a smooth transfer to our friends’ villa on the property. Rel made the entire journey from plane to resort seamless—and we can’t thank him enough for his incredible hospitality. -joe

We spent 3 nights at Pink Sands as a family and loved every second of it! Driving our golf cart or walking through the grounds each day was magical. The staff was incredibly helpful in coordinating all our golf carts, meals and adventures and meeting any request we had. We truly felt at home in paradise with wonderful accommodations in the beautiful Banyan Tree house.

Very private and stunning beach!

We stayed here after 3 nights at the adjacent Coral Sands. While located on the same beach, they couldn't have been more different. Coral Sands does have a "grander" feel to it's main building, but the advantages of Pinks Sands are apparent the moment you interact with the staff. They are welcoming, kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Tina, Vanessa, Ronnie, Ms K, and Nel (who literally brought some forgotten items to the airport!?) are what make any stay at Pink Sands worth every penny. Having been subjected to the absolute indifference shown by the Coral Sands staff, we would have been happy with a simple smile and hello, but the folks at Pink Sands went way beyond that to make us feel comfortable. A few examples: Three days on the beach at Coral Sands and we weren't offered a beach menu once, despite that service existing. Whereas at Pink Sands Ronnie had us covered before our feet hit the sand and from every moment onward. During check-in at Coral Sands we asked for a printed itinerary to make it easy to see our schedule, despite multiple requests and interactions with the GM this never happened. Vanessa at Pink Sands had this same request done within a few minutes during check-in. I could go on to include the daily yoga with Ms K, the restaurant Malcom 51, or the exceptional chicken sandwich at the beach, or the caring the staff put into helping our children find a quiet nights sleep during an event on property. Every interaction was a chance to shine, and they showed brightly every time. If you want to enjoy a relaxing time on a beautiful beach at a full-service hotel, we highly recommend Pink Sands. The accommodations, amenities, and location are on par or better than others in the area, but the people are always what makes a full-service hotel great, and Pink Sands nailed it.
