The staff were friendly and the area was nice and clean.

That the restaurant was closed for the afternoon when we were in the pool and also couldn't bring in food to the pool area when the restaurant was closed.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was quiet enough at night time.

Some of the music in the foyer was irritating some of it was okay or even pleasing though — not exactly an ambient vibe! And the alarm clock was set to go off at 4:44 am - which it did, but ha- ha- I was already awake and had been awake for a while, from a relatively un-restful night sleep at this location.
