When arriving with children, please inform the property of their number and age in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly. Please note that the hotel only accepts pets up to 15 kilos and only one pet per room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. Please note that air conditioning is available only from mid-May to mid-September. Please note that prepayment by a third-party credit card is allowed only upon written confirmation from the credit card holder authorizing the hotel to charge the credit card and providing a copy of a passport or ID. The nearby public parking is called Cornavin. Guests must park on levels -2 or -3. Level -1 is only for short durations. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for repairing damage to the property, including water damage, carpet burns, or damage to bedding, furniture, or facilities. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
